Ms. Pochron was born in Chicago and graduated from Pratt Institute School of Art & Design in Brooklyn, New York where she now resides.

Notably, her work was included in the 2016 exhibition, Her Wherever, curated by Sara Greenberger-Rafferty and Sara VanDerBeek at Halsey McKay Gallery in East Hampton, NY. 

Her last solo exhibition, Umami, was in 2008 at Safe-T Gallery in Dumbo, Brooklyn. Selected works from Umami are also included in Auto Focus: The Self-Portrait in Contemporary Photography By Susan Bright published in 2010 by Monacelli Press.

Ms. Pochron owns and operates Pochron Studios LLC and teaches photography at Pratt Institute.
